By accessing or using our Service, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Our Service provides web filtering, content monitoring, and internet security solutions delivered as a cloud-based software platform. The Service includes:
- Web content filtering and blocking capabilities
- Traffic monitoring and reporting
- Policy management tools
- Administrative dashboards and controls
- Customer support services
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Setup
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Authorised Use
You may only use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring all users under your account comply with these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Use
The Service is intended for legitimate web filtering and content monitoring purposes, including but not limited to:
- Protecting networks from malicious content
- Implementing organisational internet usage policies
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Safeguarding users from inappropriate content
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Use the Service to monitor individuals without proper legal authority or consent where required
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service
5. Data Processing and Privacy
5.1 Data Controller/Processor Relationship
We act as a data processor on your behalf when processing personal data through the Service. You remain the data controller and are responsible for:
- Ensuring lawful basis for processing personal data
- Providing appropriate privacy notices to data subjects
- Obtaining necessary consents where required
- Complying with data subject rights requests
5.2 Data Processing Agreement
Our data processing practices are governed by our separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms and complies with GDPR requirements.

5.4 Data Location

6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Plans
Service access is provided through subscription plans as detailed on our website or in your order confirmation.
6.2 Payment
Fees are payable in advance according to your chosen billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6.3 Price Changes
We may modify subscription fees with 30 days' written notice. Changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
6.4 Late Payment
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Service Level
We aim to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours where possible.
7.2 Support
Technical support is provided during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM GMT, Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) via our designated support channels.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription term.
8.2 Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.
8.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
9.2 Liability Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9.3 Excluded Damages
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
9.4 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws, or (d) any content or data you submit to the Service.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect during your use of the Service and until terminated in accordance with this section.
11.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
11.3 Termination by Us
We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' written notice.
11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (i) Your right to access the Service will cease immediately; (ii) We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy; and (iii) Accrued obligations and liabilities will survive termination.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
14.2 Amendments
We may modify these Terms by providing 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
